Honestly, it’s the lights for me. Warm lighting boosts relaxation because it mimics sunset tones, so the whole house just feels calmer. Add a mug of cocoa and I’m set for the season.

For me it’s pulling out the old ornaments. it feels good to revisit those memories while decorating.
