Prep is.. pending. I’ve got a few boxes arriving tomorrow, and I’m pretending that counts as progress. Wrapping will happen sometime between the 23rd and “oh no they’re already here.” Anyone else cutting it close?

You’re not cutting it close, you’re following the unofficial national schedule. Most wrap in the final 48 hours because we underestimate setup, cleanup, and the “where did I put the tape” time. You’re right on track.
