Hey everyone, I'm a long-time hammock gear fan. I've seen that Ridge Outdoor Gear is no longer on Amazon. They had good 11-foot net hammocks. Does anyone know what happened to them?
Looks like Ridge Outdoor Gear pulled their stuff from Amazon, but the brand is still around. Probably a supply or distribution change, not gone for good

From what I've heard, it has something to do with supply chain issues or a dispute with Amazon.
I think their products are still available, but it's not the same as easy Amazon Prime shipping.
Looks like their site's down too. Facebook page's last post was back in 2021. Not sure if they've gone out of business but f you're looking for a similar setup, OneWind and Dutchware have some good alternatives. Hope that helps!
I've read in other forums that they discontinued their products. Their website is no longer available. The last post on their Instagram account was on January 14, 2023.

yeah, I heard about this. A lot of smaller brands are moving away from Amazon's platform to focus on a direct to consumer model.
This lets them cut out the middleman fees, build a more direct relationship with their customers, and control their brand's image.
try to go straight to their official website, you can probably find the same gear, and sometimes they offer better deals there
